📜 Commission Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the terms below. These help protect my time, energy, and creativity as a disabled artist. Thank you for supporting my work! 💖

✨ General

• I have the right to decline or cancel any commission.
• My art may not be used for AI, NFTs, or anything blockchain-related.
• Commissions are digital only (no physical items unless it’s traditional art!).
• Art is for personal use unless we agree otherwise. Commercial use costs extra.

💌 Communication

• I take commissions through Bluesky and Instagram,
• Please follow up if I don’t reply within a few days (I sometimes forget with time blindness).
• Respectful communication is required. I’ll respond with the same. 💕

⏳ Turnaround Time

• Standard pieces: ~2 weeks
• Fully rendered pieces may take 1 month or more depending on complexity and health
• We’ll talk about timelines during quoting before any payment
• Rush orders may be possible with an added fee

💵 Payment & Refunds

• Invoice only – upfront or 50/50 depending on the piece
• Refunds only if I haven’t started
• If I cancel for health reasons, I’ll refund fully or partially based on your preference

🔄 Revisions

• Sketches will be sent for approval with free edits
• Minor color/marking fixes after lines are okay!
• Bigger changes (pose, outfit, etc.) are flexible and discussed case-by-case
• I’ll let you know if something would require extra cost

🖼️ Usage

• You may repost with credit (tag or link back to me!)
• Cropping for icons/headers is fine
• No tracing, heavy edits, or claiming as your own
• I may share the piece publicly unless you request privacy upfront 💌
